A rural building in stone and wood, renovated in the 1970’s and again in 2011. What is lovely about it is that no wall is particularly straight. It has the charm of an old farmhouse but at the same time it has refined details and finishes. A drawing room for guests, an old renovated fridge and lots of books in Italian, English and French from different periods. Books have been a great passion of the family for generations.
La Cascina, with its six rooms named after the types of olives growing in the Tenuta, represents the earth. The rooms are a mixture of country simplicity and antique furniture with floors in wood and exposed beams, all with a view of the lake and a private bathroom.
